Franklin is the best insurance guy I had in 20yrs. He has no problem reaching out to fix any issues and is dedicated to keeping his customers happy. He literally stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to make sure certain things that were out of his control got taken care of. He is very personal and makes me feel confident to never come across issues without it being resolved. I highly recommend him.
